Simply fasten a clean pad into your underwear. After used, fold and put it in a pouch. How to wash: soak the used-pads in normal water, leave it to 1 hour or a night according to your schedule then wash it by hand or you can use brush or washing machine thought the fabric might get torn. We recommend our organic soap for washing or any laundry gel or soap you have, but please do not add liquid fabric softener. Hang them to dry well, keep them in clean pouch or place for hygiene. If the fabric has dark spots please stop using them ,but if it is brown stains that can be from the cotton flowers or the last brown blood that stain on the pads. You may need to change the pad after 2 to 3 hours depend on your periods flow, when your periods almost finish you can wear the cloth pad as long as you want as it won't affect your skin different from the plastic sanitary pads that you have to change them every 3 to 4 hours no matter what. You can wash them up to 52 times.
